Debt is civil - no arrest or jail. That is a typical scare tactic bottom feeders use. A quick search comes up with nothing on that "company" but a person with the name Levi Myers
They called me and left the same message "party to a criminal action"... which I knew was inaccurate (no crimes or unpaid bills here!). I did call them back to find out that they were looking for my ex-daughter-in-law who I have no contact with. Very misleading!
