Who called from 9135491081

A hangup call.

I do not all solicitations and am on the no call list. Bugs me to have to answer these annoying calls. Now that I have the number, it won't happen again!

won't answer to anyone from a 913 number again

My phone rang and luckily I glanced at my caller id and it was this number displaying that NAPAAL was calling.  I didn't know the number, so I didn't pick it up.  But, who are they?  Does anyone know?  My number, too, is on the no call list and every once in a while, I'll get this same number calling me.  I let my machine pick it up and nobody leaves a message.

These people call relentlessly. I picked up intending to tell them to stop and there was no one on the line. Does anyone know who this is?
