This number has called me repeatedly and no one answers me when I answer and no one leaves a voice mail when I don't. This is my cell and so answering this call will only charge my airtime and I do not recommend anyone else doing so as well.
When I called it back they answered "One Financial National Bank" and apparently they deal with credit cards from Victoria's Secret, New York & Co., and possibly others. The call center must be located in India or Pakistan as far as I can tell from the accent of the operator who answered and also his supervisor.
My girlfriend has a New York & Co. account and I'm pretty sure whatever reason they are calling has something to do with her account but they won't leave a message with me or on the machine. When I say "She's not in, may I take a message" the caller hangs up. They have called NINE times in the past 24 hours. I have called and spoke with the supervisor and told them to stop calling. If the calls continue I will file harassment charges against this company.
recvd call asking for my husband since his name could be a womans or a mans name, I asked what they wanted, they said it was because we missed payments on a Victoria Secret account. After discussions I verified we have never had an account, and this was attached to an address we haven't lived at for over 6 years. They said they would mark it as fraud and stop calling. we still get 5+ calls a day. Whe I try to call back and talk to a supervisor to get it taken care of they will not give me a supervisor and only want to talke to my husband. I don't know how to stop this!!!!!!!
