Caller 913-563-5521. Calls multiple times a day. ID is unknown caller. It is coming from Stanley, Ks. which is suburban KC, Ks. I'm on the no call list. Not sure how the law works, could be if you answer you are giving permission to call again. 913 is area code for Kansas City Kansas area. Not a free call. Unless something unusual is happening, the caller is charged for the call everytime you answer. Maybe best to pick up the phone and immediately hang up again. They should get a minimum long distance charge, or a minumum charge if it is a cell phone. Check your own bills, land and cell to see if you are getting any charges with these calls. Could be some type of scam. If so, it is across state lines and a federal issue.
Another possibility is that it is a scam from "number look-up" services. I followed several that came up when I googled the number. They all say the ID is available, if you will just pay a small fee they will give it to you. None of them are the more familiar internet phone # searches. Just a thought. I'm going to try picking up the phone and putting it on eternal hold, checking form time to time to see if they are still on the phone. I'm betting it is computerized and will hang up after a short time with no voice. Should still cost them some cash.
I just got a call from this number on my cell. I've been picking up unknown numbers lately just for fun. I said hello, there was a long pause, a foreign sounding guy asked for me by name, and then the call was lost. I am not sure if I've received a call from this number before, but if I can get info from someone, I'll repost.
I've been getting calls, at all times of the day and night on my cell. Really annoying. I left complaints on the National Do Not Call list registry website. I'm really sick of this.

they have called here since 3/31 8 times. we would like this to stop. they are becomming pests. and we will not answer .
