Left a message on my voicemail. Sounded like a call-center, with other voices in the background obviously on the phone. Said he was calling for a person unknown to me, supposedly informing about an affidavit being filed in some other state. Gave a "reference number" in case I called back.

I suspect this is a collections call of some type, trying to scare someone into responding back to them. Pretty slimy tactics.
