Horrible Service Don't Get a phone from them, go to Sprint Corp, they are a reseller and lie and cheat to con you into a sale. I was told my activation fee would be waived and my plan would be comparable to my t-mobile unlimited, to match the price they said I would actually save. When I got the welcome call I was on only 450 minutes thats not unlimited nor near the 800 I usually use and Equip Protection wasn't on. I told the welcome caller (SprintCorp) the problem, and was standing at the kiosk at West County Mall ST Louis. They said they would fix it , but it wasn't I got my bill 1 week later on the wrong plan still (for $127/mo) more than tmobile, and the Equp Prot. plan wasnt on, they said they would add TEP and fix the plan at the end of the month so I wouldn't have a messed up bill and credit me. I asked about the activation fee being waived I was told that the request was sent to the District Manager. Later that week, at a club my phone was pickpocketed along with others (I think it was a kiosk employee) Guess what they never added the equipment plan, so he said he would fix it and call it in stolen the next day, .. 1 week later.. I have lost over $10,000, still not got credits, had to get another phone myself, and the only people who helped was Corporate somewhat but said they couldn't do as much because it was a non Sprint Store... The DM said he would not honor the credits because after 3 days of not getting anywhere I called Corporate for help because he was not responding back to emails, I spoke with this head quarters and was promised helped to no avail, what a bunch of lying thieves and fraudulant con-artists, I am working with the police to find the thief of my phone now having to start a lawsuit and media frenzy with Wireless Lifestyles.. don't purchase from them!!!!! they won't help, and I have read online similar complaints, I wish I would of done reviews before hand.
