If you think it's a SCAMMER; then it probably is a SCAMMER.
If you got a text from someone who is offering more than you ask, and if they offer to pay shipping then they are a SCAMMER.
Ask them for the Shipping Address first... If they give you a story that; " I live in the USA, but I want you to ship the item Overseas. " Then it's a SCAMMER... more than likely they are from Ghana, Africa or Nigeria.
Ghana is highly known for SCAMMERS, and Nigeria is highly known for HACKERS...

He is what you should do...
1) Ask for their Paypal Email address.
2) Call Paypal Customer Support, and Report Fraud or Scam.
3) Explain you think you have a possible Scammer. Paypal will check their Email address, and let you know if it's a REALLY Account. If the Account is NOT real; Paypal will tell you it's probably a Scammer.
Paypal will keep their Email Address and put it with the BLOCK list.
4) Also ask for the Local Address the Scammer wants you to ship the item. Call the Apartment Complex, and tell you have are a Delivery Service trying to find this Person, and ask if they are one of the Residence. The SCAMMERS often use the same local address, and the Apartment Complex has probably had a few calls about this SCAMMER.
5) Setup your Paypal Account so that buyers can pay you using Paypal by sending the payment via your Phone Number. Paypal will NEVER ask for your Password, or Email Credentials... Paypal will always use your full name when they send Emails. Paypal will always send you Confirmation of Transactions.
