Who called from 9136621713

This number has been calling me for quite a while.  Last time I answered and he said he was from some veterans group and his name was Scott and asked if I could hear him.  I told him I was busy and hung up.  Today the phone was ringing as I walked in the house and I let it ring and it rang 25 times and I finally answered it.  Same guy from same place.  I was so annoyed and told him, "You rang at least 25 times, gimeny Christmas!".  He hung up.  ANNOYING.  I give to Vets Now and can't give to them all.  PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP.

Called numerouse times, one right after another.  Did not answer as was an unkown number.  Done it several days very annoying

Continue to and than hang up all day

Called, left no message, don't answer calls I don't know

I called the number, a guy answered and said his name was Joe and said that he is associated with Medicare. Stated that I could press 1 to be removed from their call list. So I did.
