This caller has tied up the voice line of our business for several days now by incessantly attempting to FAX the voice line.  I have been running to the phone, interrupting time with customers and employees to answer the SCREECHing of their fax signal.  No amount of searching has revealed their identity, just that they are located in Kansas.  I am soon going to switch back to VOIP so that I can block calls selectively.
