This dumbass collection scam seems to have met their demise sometime after October 2008. They were not lisenced in my state and were 1 call from being sued.
OK i just have to assume all of you people just don't like to pay your bills! I spoke with a lady named Danielle who was VERY professional. One of my bills had gone to them because I hadn't received a prior notice. She understood my situation and helpled me get my matter handled! Not all Collection Agencies are bad and this fine establishment is definitely top notch!

I am assuming you are in some way affiliated with this collection agency, affiliated management services. I must say your representatives are in no way professional in their approach and could definitely go through another 'customer service' training class. Identifying yourself on messages would get at least 1/3 of the people you harass to at least return a call. I'm sure everyone else will agree with me when I say I dont answer unknown calls, especially if you cannot identify yourself or your purspose in the following message (if the rep. doesnt just hang up, which has happened many times). A bit of advice? well I'll continue anyhow. I would bet a dollar that 1/3 of the people you harass would at least return one phone call if you were to state your name or company and intentions in the messages rather than just hanging up.

913-677-9470 keeps calling (Theresa) ext. 3004 when I call no answer and when she leaves a message she never hangs up just breathes in the phone so I will not return what appears to be a prank call!
Someone named Brian calls me from this number wanting to find an Amber Eden - I am not Amber as my voice mail clearly states. I've gotten many many calls from numerous people trying to find this girl Lawyers, other debt collectors, even the Red Cross. This has been going on for over a year!
