Left a voicemail so I called them back and got a recording saying I needed a case number or I could wait for a representative. I waited for a rep and after about 4 rings there was a beep and they disconnected the call. Seems like a scam to me.

This is yet another number used by the scammers claiming they have received a fraud complaint against you and are going to serve you with papers at which time all your rights will be waived (not actually possible in the USA - it's called the DUE PROCESS clause of The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution)
Just the poor quality of the recordings ought to tip you off that it's BS.
A Robot voice starts off with "This is an important message for - PAUSE - different robot voice mispronounces your name - PAUSE - Shenequah sounding ghetto girl with ebonic accent claiming they have received a fraud complaint against you and are going to serve you with papers at which time all your rights will be waived.
It's a scam to scare people who may be ingnorant of legal process to call back and "verify" their personal information and get their identity stolen by doing so.
They are and they use numerous numbers once you answer or return their call. You will get future calls claiming civil suit against you. Asking if you want to settle out of court. Call the national do not call 1888 382-1222 register your number, file a complaint.
Your so right! I been dealing with them for quite some time. I registered my number with do not call registry, they stop for awhile then come bk with a different number. Not as frequent since I registered.
