This woman calls me and starts telling me that a bunch of my customers are heading out the back door of my business and claims to know what is going on  and that she can fix everything for me.  I told her that she doesn't have a clue about my business and is making a lot of assumptions.  Then she starts arguing about all this so called research that she did, like I was interested in hearing this crap.  I just hung up on her like she was back ground static.
