Scammers. Want you to pay over the phone fir new state troopers badge

got call from this number.  Let it go to voicemail and caller hung  up.

knew it was junk answered anyway. Sounds like a recording started to play then messed up and then nothing.

Answered call,  not thinking,  about 2 seconds of dead space, caller disconnected. I've received 4-5 calls from same number over last few weeks
