I called this number back and it is Deffenbaugh, the trash/recycle service company for JoCo KS.
They didn't leave a message, but it's prob a recorded line informing people of the upcoming holiday schedule change.
Whoever supposedly "googled" the phone number and came up with a place in Tampa, FL must have imput the number incorrectly. 913 area code numbers are in Kansas, not Florida.
