I called the number back, and it says it is WCA? It then says that it wanted to inform me about a program for consumers with bad credit.. My credit is far from bad.. I am assuming it is just a dialer generated telemarketing system.

This number called and did not leave a message. I returned the call and heard a recording that said thank-you for calling WCA customer service, and said that I was a subscriber and went on to say something about a sweepstakes. I tried calling back a second time to get the gist of the whole message but it had changed and offered me a chance to unsubscribe. The problem is I never was a member/subscriber to begin with.
