Yup, still Verizon collections dept. Pre-recorded message to call them. Then I get a text within 15 seconds asking for a Promise to Pay.

Yup, must be Verizon,  2 phone calls today, no msg, plus a text; all this and the "due date" is the 11th

My 87 yr old father got a call from them this morning and was very confused.  They said he owed them money, he's never late on anything believe me plus he hasn't even had a Verizon account for a month yet!  Stop it Verizon!
