its a scam collection agency who buys OLD DEBT that has been written off or taken in bankruptcy. Most of these debts are legally null and void! The name of the actual company this number/person works under is RSH & Associates. You will find TONS of bad reports about them online.
I have received a call multiple days, multiple times a day from 913.948.6757. People have said there a debt collector. I call back but i reach a voicemail that says "Youve reached the desk of Derek Austin please leave a message" personally im not worried i was just letting everyone else know
