Got call from 913 971 0373 the caller identified himself as Erin and explained I'm hear to help, I don't judge, I want to help you with this problem. When asked what the problem was he stated it was a pay day loan debt this was the final step to collect. When asked how he got number he said from data base. Asked if he had any detailed information he could only say it was a pay day loan (no amount, no address) and the person responsible for the debt banked with Wells Fargo. Told him never banked @ Wells Fargo or had a Pay Day Loan. He said I needed to provide the last four digits of the social security number. I refused @ said I could confirm if the social he had was the social of the person he was looking for. He gave me 4 numbers that did not match the social and I told him so. I then asked him to remove our number from his data base. He said unless I gave him the last four digits of my social he would not quit calling. He got very rude, I got rude and hung up then called back and spoke to someone by the name of Tory and he confirmed the name of the company and that he would remove us from their list and apologized for the rudeness of his employee and promised that all calls were recorded and that he'd pull the call and possibly reprimand the caller.

My 16 yr old daughter kept getting calls from this number. When I finally answered their call and requested that they remove my daughters number from their call list, the woman got very rude and insisted I give her my name to verify the number. After I explained it was my daughters number and my name was irrelevant, she kept insisting that she wouldn't be able to do anything about my daughters number without my name. She never did tell me what company she was with before I hung up on her.
