Who called from 9139999763

I call the number back and it comes up the number you have reached is temporarily out of service what the heck.

This number has not only called my cell phone numerous times, they have now called my work numerous times!!  They left a message that they were calling about an application I had filled out, and I have done no such thing.  They said to call them back at 888.733.6588, which I am about to do and give them a piece of my mind!!!
