Yes, I get these calls at least once a day. For a while they stopped, but are back again. Why is there no way to stop these calls!? I get several others as well. Being on a "Do Not Call" registry is of no help either.
A relative informed me she has received several calls, first from 914-205-5196, and now from this number. The same name, which appears to be "Law Enforcement Education Program," comes up on both numbers. I did some research on the organization name and it appears this may be a charity scam, as many people have reported calls from it in different states. The calls are persistent, coming at least twice per day. My understanding is that law enforcement and fire department agencies do not solicit money directly from citizens; if you want to donate you can easily contact your local agencies to do so. I would advise people to be very cautious if they receive such calls.

I too received several calls from that number. I don"t answer and then a second number ring from FAV 845-205-9221. Once I told them I wIll send some money but I wanted them to mail the information. When I received the bills I notice they where from the same place.
