This guy with a very strong Indian accent called to inform me from tax year 2011 I owe over $6000 but he is authorized to negotiate all of the penalties and fees for late payment.  I am having financial difficulties at the moment due to wife's extended hospital stays. I could not tell if this was official tax bills.  I do not believe it because I have had taxes done with our business accountant for the past 10 years with no errors.  If this guy is preying on people posing as a Treasury Department official but he is just a useless dick I hope he has a great time in Hell.
