Who called from 9142190311

They call me repeatedly, saying they have been referred to me to install a security system.

Called and never replied with salutation was offered, only hung up.

914-219-0311 rang; no message; 5:12 pm Ohio time on 8-24-15

"This is not a sales call", proceeds to attempt to sell security monitoring service

After answering there was a recorded message that offered to speak to "security expert"....took offer and listened for 10 seconds then offered a foul-mouthed response that was loaded with may F bombs...then I was disconnected!
