Cellular Call" telemarketer pretending to be "charity" aka "SHOEL VILLA" aka "DOMINGO TORIVIO" also calls from  914-226-7271,914-226-7278, 914-226-7279, 914-226-7280, 914-226-7285, 914-226-7286914-226-7287 and 914-226-7288. Calls several times a day and hangs up. These shouters are a total fraud.
