Have been receiving harassing phone calls for several weeks now at my place of employment, even after the caller has been told by both me and my boss not to call anymore. Very pushy and very rude, saying I owe money from a PayDay Loan I have no recollection of taking out. When I ask for a validation letter or some sort of written proof they refuse to give it to me unless I pay $200.00. They wont give me a mailing address for them, or even an email address, they only demand payment. Today, the caller "Kevin" hung up on me several times and continued to call back immediatly afterwards. Very pushy, and very illegal actions being taken by them. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision, and have told the company several times my lawyer will contact them, only to have them hang up on me. They claim to be from Cash Advance, but Ive never heard of them.
