Caller ID reads FINAL NOTICE....... Seriously??????? ..... My only hope would be the final notice would be answer now or were not going to call you again.......however they won't be they just got blocked.......ah bien!!!!!!!

As in above report, my Caller ID display read:  FINAL NOTICE.
I picked up but did not say anything.  Put down the phone.  Eventually the caller hung up.
