Just called with the ID from Yonkers NY. The female could not be understood. Asked for me by name. She could not be understood but said she was vehicle something. I asked her to repeat 3 x. Then she hung up. I called the number back back received a recording!
This phone number keeps calling me and never leaves a message. When I call the number back there is an automated message saying this office is closed and to call back during normal business hours for 7am-4pm. They answer the phone. I believe this number traces back to a call center in India.

Repeated calls, say they are calling from car service center, when we ask what this is about they hang up. When we called back the number the recording says as in above comments, they are closed, etc, and give the business hours in PacificTime. Caller ID comes up with this number, with the name as A&P A32713
