Who called from 9142335190

Robotic voice saying something about a law suit against me, the message started before the recording started so I missed some of it

Same thing as above.  When I called back from another line it was answered by an "office" Sean Davis.  Can you say SCAM ??

Received this call today, twice within minutes...the phone number appeared as a call from India +91 423-35190 in recents - however the voice mail shows it was the 914 number-didn't even know that could happen?

Case referred to county court, call 914-233-5190. Male voice. Three messages back to back. Call sounds like some scam, didn't reply and deleted message.
