Who called from 9142335276

Automated voice claimed to be the IRS and suggested legal action, asking to call back at 914-233-5276. 2nd time today.

I got a call from this number twice today claiming to be the IRS and sting they have a law suit against me

I also received an automated voicemail claiming that they were going to file a case at my local county courthouse.

Called four times and I finally picked up. Claiming that the IRS is planning to take legal action with my local courthouse. I called back and the number is not in service

The IRS does not initiate communications
with a "cold call" to unsuspecting people.
Instead
The IRS always sends snailmail letters first!

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.
