Text from this number inquiring about a posting on Craigslist asking if item is still for sale thanks, Charles.  It appears that Rick Smith, 610-455-5663, from Turner Construction in Philadelphia is now Charles from Yonkers, New York.  Please report these incidents to the FBI Internet Crimes Division, Paypal Fraud Department and the Google Fraud Department.
