Received five calls in succession from this number. No answer when I called back

Says they are Verizon and want to talk with the person who handles the phone service decisions. When asked if they want to leave a message, they say that they will call back.

I didn't answer , because of the area code.  The message he left me was you have the personality of a toad.  yah
