Who called from 9142977788

Several calls from this number, that don't leave a message, and hang up after I pick up.   Now blocked.

computer scam, beware.. they want your windows information.

Interesting that I've recently started to receive scammer calls from either within my area code (703), making them appear to be local calls, or from area codes where I have family and frequent calls (914). I think this is a new tactic the scammers are using in the hope that you'll recognize part of the number and pick up.

Caller called a business -  we answered - nothing - the other side hung up.  Waste of time, based upon other posts here, likely a criminal scam.
