Who called from 9143267015

Called with a recording.  I was eligible for free security if I put a small sign in my front yard.  Told me to press one for more info..

Same. No ID and no message left.

Just called - no message.  Got to the phone too late to answer.  Caller ID showed "URG".

Called tonight 8:50pm. Didn't pick up. No answering machine.

Caller ID says URG and the recording starts off "Due to increase in criminal activity in your area ...Blah...Blah..."
What are they doing - this is a form of criminal activity too!
