Who called from 9143317200

Called me 4/11/16 at 6:04 pm.   Internet shows phone number belongs to Onvoy, Inc. out of Kingston, NY.  Phone number blocked.

Received a call from # 914-331-7200 - this guy started talking about  credit card debt and I told him to take me off his calling list and he said he couldn't. This is obviously some type of scam because I am on the do not call list and this guy didn't want to hear that I didn't want to talk to him and I didn't want him calling me.
