I also rec'd a text message from the number looking for low-ball offers on a car I am selling

I also have been texting back and forth with this A-hole... been stringing him along. Been requesting paypal info from me as well. Started on an ebay classified for a car I have for sale. I'm wasting as much of his time as I can.
