GOT A CALL. I RETURNED THE CALL AND WAS ASKED BY RECORDING IF I WAS CALLING ON A VERIZON WIRELESS PRESS 1. THEN IT ASKED FOR MY ZIP CODE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS NOT TOO INVASIVE. I ENTERED 111 AS THE START BUT ONLY MEANT TO HIT 11. THE RECORDING ABRUPTLY SAID "I'M SORRY YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE. PLEASE CALL BACK AT ANOTHER TIME."
