I have received numerous calls on my mobile phone from 914-363-7464 since 3/27/2015. No caller ID is displayed and the caller has never left a message. I have long ago blocked the number, however the blocked calls still show up in my mobile call log even though they no longer ring my phone. There are no online reports I could find that identify who this number belongs to.
Today I tried calling the number back and the call was answered by an automated attendant which said "Please wait for the next available agent" without identifiing the who they were. After a short wait a live person came on the line and announced "Diversified Adjustment Service, please give me your telephone number." I asked the person what business they are in and she replied that she could not tell me that without my telephone number. She asked again for my telephone number adding that she might be able to have my number removed if they were calling me in error. I then hung up.
A quick Google seach identifed "Diversified Adjustment Service" as a debt collector associated with several phone numbers reported here on 800Notes such as 800-279-3733 and 800-474-3743. I have also identified them as calling from 914-371-2073 as well.
