Caller ID "White Plains NY" ... OCT 08@7:02pm EDT… Call blocked after first ring by a free service available to most Internet-based VoIP phone service users(I have Time Warner). 800notes is currently blocking the name of that free service so you will need to Google "No more robocalls" to get more information.

Called me threatening to cut off the power if we didn't pay for new "GPS Meter" in 30 to 45 min... very intimidating... LOL Not!! Targeting businesses has slight Jamaican accent and you can hear children playing in the background!! Too Funny!!
