I Googled it and the first result was from somebody at Columbia...LDEO Climate Group, anyone?

Received a call; did not answer and they did not leave a message. Assume it's another spam call so I blocked it.

Hang-up call.  I called back and heard robotic female voice message: "Leave your name and Google Voice will try to connect you."  Then it rang for a while and same voice said that they weren't answering.  Caller I.D. said "New Rochelle NY."  This number is listed on a resume for someone at Columbia, but its latest entry is 1995.
