phone rings four times; no message left.   Four tings just enough to bring you to the phone only to
have it stop.   Beyond annoying and intrusive; being on the Do Not Call Registry seems to have
no effect on these calls.   Last call was 8:40 pm.  Is there no recourse for these calls.

Same as above. Call received 10 minutes ago, no msg nor person. A real PITA.

Just got a call from this number, asking for my son who moved away 2 years ago. When I asked what this was in reference to, she only said she would call back another time. I asked what company she was representing, She said "AC Services". I asked what it was in reference to and she hung up.

Call came minutes ago. Rang 4 times and left no message. Caller ID, West Harrison, NY. Optimum records show from White Plains, NY. Same vacinity.
I *67'ed the #. A recording says The Breast Cancer Society.
The previous poster said it was AC Services. Could that be American or Associated Cancer Services?
