Received a call on my mobile phone from 914-371-2165 on 8/17/2015 at 8:38am EDT. No caller ID displayed. Did not answer and no message was left.
There are no reports yet on 800notes.com regarding this number but I found several references to this number on other sites that claim it is from a debt collector called Dynamic Recovery Solutions.
I have added this number to my Google Voice block list. If the same number calls again the caller will received the not-in-service recording.
