Who called from 9143732291

I have gotten several calls from this number. The location showed Ossining NY. I have picked up but said nothing. They also say nothing. Is this a legit number or a robo caller?

Is this a legitimate number? Is this really a msg from the IRS?

The IRS does not initiate communications
with a threatening "cold call" to unsuspecting people.
Instead
The IRS always sends snailmail letters first!

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.
