Received message on my cell phone (started mid-message) to call them back about "this case" before legal action taken..don't who or what call was about.
Called to say that there were 4 serious allegations against me and if i did not call back local " cops " not police would come & arrest me. ( you only call the cops the cops if you are a criminal )
Everyone - I am in CA and have done extensive research - it is ILLEGAL to threaten anyone over the phone. They cannot have the 'cops' come and arrest you and the IRS definitely does not operate like this. About 7 years ago I received a similar call - regarding the IRS and another one from a collection agency who was threatening to have me arrested. I spoke to a lawyer - all illegal. Report them.
Call with a women's voice (recording) from 6468099652 saying I had ,4 serious allegations against me and I had to call the cops on the 9143737713. Or cops would come and arrest me !!!; WTF !!! Also came on mid message
