My terms are well taking care off both the interior part of the house and the yard,as you can see am currently in Monticello,IN with my family,i will like you to drive by to view the property from the outside,we need to start with month to month,i can also allow you to lease for one year with an option to extend.
When are you planning to move in?do you have a pet?how many of you will be moving into the house?where do you work? am so sorry if the question is too much but i just want to know the kind of tenant that will be occupying my house soon,I am renting myself due to bad experience within my Realtor and the tenant who damage my home and it cost me a lot of money putting things back i am now renting myself you don't have to contact the agent anymore.My home is ready to move in.
Other people are also contacting over this same property they are also asking to put down the security deposit so i can take the house off the market and put it on hold,but i said no am looking for a God fearing family that will take good care of the house,i will be pleased if you are the God sent tenant for my home, the utilities are include with the month rent, to make it easier i will like you to send me your current home where you want the keys and the contract to be mail to,because i will mail them to you asap.
