Received call at 2:03PM today, 8/24/16 on my cell phone - unknown incoming # - called number back at 2:04PM - received Verizon recorded message: "The # you called has been changed, discontinued, etc. etc:" supposedly, the # is out of tne New York area(s) of Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, White Plains) - obviously a scammer and/or telemarketer 'cause I don't owe anybody
