Who called from 9144813942

Just calls and hangs up, you can't call back, it's a non working exchange.....

I answered and waited until someone spoke. They were soliciting money for police. I was recently told that no police associations will call homes asking for money. It is a scam.

answered, no one replied

got call. No message, just hang up.  Says "White Plains"

Said hello about 4 times; no one says anything.
