I got a call but no messag

I get a call from this number EVERY single day.  I've tried hanging up, I've gone through prompts to get a person and have asked about a dozen times to be removed from their list and they hang up on me.  I've asked to speak to a supervisor and they hang up on me.  If you call the number back it tells you it isn't in service.  It's driving me nuts!!!!!

I hate these calls. every day too.  Says "Help Center" on caller id.  No message.
