Just received this call with the ID of 'Customer Care'. I didn't answer but did the quick hangup after 2 rings which mimics call blocking. Hopefully they won't call back. I'm betting it's 'Cardholder Services'. It's incredible how many fake caller ID's they've used in the past years.
The caller ID said Customer Care. I was expecting a phone call from my insurance, so I answered.
The call started out with a recording from the Pain Management Solution, please press 1 to be connect with our pain management counselor. I pressed 1, still not sure what this call was about. A person then came on the line and stated he was from Pain Management Solution and that there was an alternate way to manage my pain than taking medicines. I stopped him from talking and asked how he received my phone number and he replied through my insurance, but couldn't tell me what insurance that was. At this point I told him that I would not continue the phone call as I do not believe he was from the insurance at all. I wished him a good afternoon and hung up.
