Received a call from 914-530-2389 on 5/2/2013 at 6:15 EDT. Caller ID displayed "Info Service". Did not answer and no message was left.

Based on the feedback found here I added this number to my Google Voice block list.

Got call from this number. Decided to answer this time. You hear someone breathing
on other end. I informed them we are on the do not call list and they are a telemarketer
And will be reported. They promptly hung up.
