Calling my job phone#, really annoying. Trying to get me to switch my electricity provider. Also called from 914-530-2286

Spam caller of the day. Been getting a lot of variations of 914-530-xxxx in the past week.

Esco scam, last week they called using 914-530-2286 with the caller ID of Help Center, the week before that was 914-530-2399 with caller ID of Gas Division.
Todays caller ID is PROTECT COST

Same thing here. Got call from 914-530-2390 today and for the past 4 weeks from different variations all starting with 914-530- and I never lived in this upstate prefix of 914 nor did anyone give out our number which is unlisted. How do these spamming companies get off with calling unlisted numbers bothering people with no penalties?
