Scammers trying to perpetrate the "IRS" shakedown.

I keep getting calls from this # and other numbers saying it is the IRS and they have filed a law suit against me. Once they called from a cell phone and when i called them back they answered as being the IRS. They want me to settle or it would go to court, i told him he was a scammer and i was going to report him to the real IRS then he hung up.
